Terms of Use

Elseplore is a trip-planning service, available on the web and as iPhone and Android apps. It is run by Sandra Orozco Martín and Pol Ciriquian Martínez. Contact: support@elseplore.com.

By using Elseplore you agree to these terms. How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.

• You must be 16 or older.
• Keep your login details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which deletes your data as described in the privacy policy.

• Elseplore suggests destinations and plans itineraries. It doesn't sell flights, hotels or activities, and we're not a travel agent or tour organiser. Bookings you make through links in the app are with those companies, under their terms.
• Prices are estimates. Flight, hotel, train and activity costs are approximate figures to help you compare trips, not live fares or offers.
• Plans are generated automatically, partly with AI, and can contain mistakes: a place may have closed, changed its hours, or need booking. Check opening times, prices, entry rules, travel documents and safety advice yourself before you travel.
• No guarantees. Recommendations reflect your answers and our data; they're suggestions, not professional travel, safety or health advice.

Elseplore is free to use. The free plan includes a limited number of new trip plans each month and changes per trip (currently 3 and 5). We may change these limits, and we'll show the current ones in the app.

Don't:

• use Elseplore unlawfully;
• try to get around the usage limits, including by creating several accounts or using automated tools;
• copy or resell our content or data in bulk;
• interfere with the service or other people's use of it.

We may suspend accounts that do.

• The service is ours: the app, its design and text, its destination content and the itineraries it generates. You may use your itineraries for your own trips and share them with the people you travel with.
• Photos come from Wikimedia Commons and similar sources, under their licences and with their credits.
• Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors and Esri.

• We may change, pause or stop features, or the service, at any time. We'll give notice in the app when we reasonably can.
• We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies.

• We provide Elseplore with reasonable care but "as is". We're not responsible for decisions you make based on its suggestions, or for bookings, prices or services from other companies.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

• These terms are governed by Spanish law.
• If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer law, and you can bring claims in your own country's courts.
