Delete your account

1. Sign in.
2. Open the menu and choose Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account at the bottom of the page.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

If you can't sign in, email privacy@elseplore.com from the address your account uses and ask for it to be deleted. We delete it within 30 days.

• Your account: email address and name.
• Your traveller profiles and quiz answers.
• Your trips, itineraries, shared trip links, and wishlist.
• Your trip chat messages.
• Your search history and the record of what you opened or saved.
• In the app, the trips saved on your phone for reading offline.

Totals of how much the service is used (for example, how many itineraries were built in a month) are kept, with no link to you. Nothing that identifies you is kept.
